1 General Provisions

5j555 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the platform and the user ("you", "member").

These Terms are available in English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence. By using 5j555's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5j555 supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposited funds must come only from a verified payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Members are encouraged to use the same payment method for withdrawals that was used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• A withdrawal request may be rejected if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• If a transaction is flagged as suspicious for any reason, 5j555 reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

5j555 does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment service provider may apply its own fees. In that case, please contact the relevant provider directly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5j555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at 5j555, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Additional terms related to bonuses:

• Specific terms for each bonus offer are published separately — please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless 5j555 explicitly permits it.
• Game-specific wagering contribution rates may apply when using bonuses.
• 5j555 reserves the right to limit or cancel a member's bonus privileges at its discretion — particularly in cases of bonus abuse.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after claiming a bonus; once the time limit expires, the bonus will be considered forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

5j555 offers cricket, football, and kabaddi betting, as well as slots, live casino, arcade, and color prediction games. The following rules apply to gameplay:

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer, in accordance with fair play principles.
• If a technical error prevents a game round's outcome from being determined correctly, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, the applicable bet settlement policy will apply.
• Market-specific rules apply to sports betting — the rules for specific markets are described separately on the platform.
• 5j555 reserves the right to change game rules, and members will be notified in advance of any changes.

Regarding sports betting, it should be noted that betting markets are shown for illustrative purposes only. 5j555 does not guarantee the outcome of any specific match, fixture, or live event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5j555. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and all winnings may be forfeited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or gaining an advantage through illegal means.
• Bonus abuse — such as opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in any game — if such a flaw is found, report it to 5j555 immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassment, threats, or misconduct toward other members.
• Impersonating a 5j555 official or representative to deceive others.
• Attempting cyber attacks, DDoS attacks, or any breach of platform security.

5j555 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detecting suspicious activity and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Core principles of data use:

• Members' personal information is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legitimate business purposes.
• 5j555 uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.
• Under no circumstances is a member's personal or financial information sold to third parties.
• Necessary information may be shared with relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or security investigations.
• Members may request details of their stored personal information and ask for corrections to be made.

9 Responsible Gaming

Under no circumstances will 5j555's liability extend beyond the funds held in the member's account. 5j555 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No specific guarantee is made regarding the suitability of the service for any particular purpose; however, 5j555 continuously strives to ensure the highest quality experience.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

5j555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
• Providing false identity information or documents.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.

Members may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, the balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses, if wagering requirements have not been met) will be available for withdrawal.

12 Changes to Terms

If a member continues to use the platform after updated terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If a member does not agree with the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
